30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Household Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
